This grinder has been over worked for the past year and a half! I purchased it at one of the big box retailers. Like others have said this grinder is small enough to give one a fantastic one-handed grip. I'm a six foot 210 pound man and this thing is perfect one handed.

I forge as a hobby and spend about 20-25 hours a weekend and this grinder is used or removing material and polishing finished product. This is highly recommended, just like all of my other Makita power tools.

Another benefit is the costumer service I received. The handle on the case broke on me and Makita made sure to send me a replacement within the week.

I have been using this angle grinder for a few months now a few times a week and I love it. This is an excellent buy for anyone that is doing work with a grinder. I am very pleased with makita and their customer service.
