I'm a DIY guy. I have a drill press and a SDS hammer drill but I still had a need for a portable powerfull drill and a smaller hammer drill. I have used this to drill steel (5/8" in 1/4" plate) and concrete( 1/4" molley standing on ladder). This drill made those tasks doable and easier. If I had a 30 day money back trial period I would still keep this drill.
