I am a professional carpenter/remodeler and have done some metal roofs before, but never one with hips and valleys. This was the first metal nibbler I have owned, so I can't compare it to others, but it worked well on the first job. I bought it for the price, but the quality has been beyond my expectations. I used it cutting metal roofing sheets on angles for hips and valleys. It sometimes gets hung up in the ridges of the sheet, but some of that may be the operator. It cuts straight and fast. I am well satisfied. A very good product for the money.
