This variable speed reciprocating saw from Makita lets you change blades without a tool. Just push the blade change button and you're set, no more burned fingers. A powerful 8 amp motor means continuous operation and getting the job done. The long 1-1/8 in. blade stroke length for faster cutting. This saw also features a large, variable speed trigger switch with a lock-on button. The heavy-duty shoe features "Tool-less" adjustment. With this saw, the blade can be inverted for near-flush cutting. Externally accessible carbon brushes allow for easy replacement.

This is the best recipicating saw ever. We had recently purchased a fixer up house and it helped us out in every aspect. We owed cheaper name brands and they just didn't hold up to the power that this one has.
