The drill and driver are awesome. More power while being just as light as my old 12v. The impacts extra 200rpm is way faster than the 12v. The LED lights are a bit hokey until you get into a dark situation. I like the lock on the recip that holds the blade. The quality of the circular saw is superior to my previous model. The base plate is cast instead of stamped and adjustments are much smoother. It seems that the run time is a bit short for the batteries. Thankfully they charge quickly and I also bought two extras. I've been using Makita cordless tools for about twenty years and have never been dissappointed.

These tools are great. I have had these tools for a little over a year now and they work just as good now as they did when I first got them. The drill puts my old Dewalt 18v drill to shame. Tons of power till the very end of battery life. Also extremely quick battery charges.

This product is amazing. All the individual tools work great, and the package deal is an excellent value. I use the sabre saw to cut the landscaping, with a landscape blade. The circular saw makes an OK cut (the blade is a bit course for fine work), but the best part is how light it is - you can use it one handed. The drill is flawless - well balanced, light, powerful, and capable. The light is surprisingly useful. It is very bright and last forever on one charge.
