This stapler's spring-loaded, double-crank feature makes it a lighter, more compact tool. Use a wide array of staple sizes, including: 3/8-inch, 1/2-inch, 9/16-inch, 5/8-inch, 3/4-inch, 7/8-inch staples, and Arrow T50 staples. This Makita also features a handy adjusting knob for quickly setting the stapling depth. You'll know how many staples you have left before you climb on that roof, thanks to this gun's handy staple window. And, with the built-in storage space for extra staples, you can stay up there all day. The battery (sold separately) delivers 750 staples up to 7/8-inch long on a single charge.

This is one capable stapler! I have manual and electric staplers that are wasting space in my workshop! I've gone through boxes of staples of various sizes without any problems. It is extremely powerful. This stapler drives staples easily into hardwoods and it has a depth adjustment. The staples are driven exactly where you want them to go. It even has storage for staples in the handle area. (The size of the tool may be a problem in really tight places though.) It's easy to load and the battery lasts a very long time. You can drive staples all day long, without your hand cramping from all the squeezing of manual staplers.
