I bought this grip for my Draco AK-47 pistol and I am so happy with the purchase. Not only it looks great, it also feels great. It came with a screw and washer. Easy installation. It took me less than 3 minutes to install. It fits perfectly and very tight and solid. When I buy a 2nd AK-47 , I would definitely buy this grip again. I highly recomend this on your AK-47. Definitely a 5 star grip.

Excellent grip for those of us in the AK crowd. It has a nice positive feel, good ergonomics as your hand moves into a more nature firing position unlike other grips like the Saw style which is on most AK variants now or days. Though the grip DOES NOT come with a bolt supplied with it, you can find one at your local gun smith or hardware store easily enough a measly 20 cent purchase for you to buy a grade 8 bolt with black oxide finish on it. The storage compartment is a nice feature to this grip though difficult to open unless you've a penny or finger nail. Comes with a battery holder that's removable so you can hold a spare AA for your laser or flash light or both as the battery holder holds 1 AA with spare room for a second AA to sit next to it loose. Depending on your AK47 model you may or may not have to do a bit of shaving on the front for the trigger guard. I didn't have to but some models you may, thankfully though it's very easy to accomplish as its formed from a composite. I've already pumped 200+ rounds of ammunition down the barrel today (3-4-11) and the grip has held on nice and tight. I would recommend some red loc-tite on the bolt threads though just for safeties sake.

This will make your AK much more enjoyable to fire at the range or in the field.

I just installed the Mako grip on my WASR-10 with ease. It came with allen bolt and washer for the install. Very easy and simple to do, the hardest thing was finding my hex tools to do the job. Very pleased with FIT/FEEL/FUNCTION!

So I just installed this grip on my WASR 10/63 today and it fits great. I would have rated this product with 5 stars but it included no cap screw or lock washer, no hardware what so ever. The factory grip screw on my AK is way too long for this MAKO Grip. I fixed this with a quick trip to the hardware store and 35 cents. The product package states that hardware is included- no dice for me.

I recommend buying a 1.00 or 1.25 inch cap screw with metric threads, a lock washer, and you'll be good to go! With the cap screw, I purchased one with an allen wrench head and now I love the grip, it's worth every penny! Solid grip with absolutely no movement. Can't go wrong with this product! Hope this helps others...

I put this on my Bulgarian AK 74 It was an easy install and a perfect fit.

It is well made and a huge improvement over the one century put on the rifle, I love this grip, it fits my XLG hand perfectly, much better then the saw tooth type and the griping surface works well.

The cover on the bottom of the grip is hard to open, I used a bullet tip to push on the small release, that works well.

I only wish it was made in the USA because of the compliance crap.

This grip looks nice, but it's cheap and it didn't fit on my AK. I tried to dremel a new hole so it would fit properly, but the plastic was so thin and cheap that it didn't work. I would not recommend this product.

Got this and it seems to be well built, however when mounting it was a very sloppy fit and had far too much play to be considered safe to operate a firearm with. The original grip I had was not as nice but was tight and had no wiggle at all, this would wiggle side to side a few degrees and also forward and back. I personally do not want to be shooting something that does not have a firm grip and control.

This could just be my rifle, however I do not find that it would work to my satisfaction to insure safe operation. The wiggle could eventually result in the mounting hardware coming loose or some other failure, and that is not a risk that one should take with a firearm. So I am returning it, hope that if you order it is a better fit

Best ak grip period! Easy to install, in fact I like it better than US Palm or Tapco saw grip

Easy to instal and fits my normal hands nicely. I didn't like how the compartment lid on the bottom is opened by a switch in the back of the grip. That thing requires some serious pressure to push in and open.
