There are lots of Manu Dibango compilations around. Honestly, I haven't heard them all, but I'm familiar with several of them and also have lots of Manu's original discs, vinyl and CD, in my library. This is the best of the two-CD collections -- and at about the price of some of the single CD titles! So, almost certainly the best introduction to this magnificent African artist that you're going to find. There's quite a wide range of material from over the years, nicely sequenced -- and it's the "real" version of "Soul Makossa"!
