I have to say that I was very impressed with Hanson's song Smile. I bought this CD as a Non-Hanson fan, and was very surprised after hearing this track. I expected it to be like the annoying MmmBop, but it was nothing like it. Since they returned all I've heard is "They've changed!" and I thought they were losing their mind. I'm 32 years of age, and I'm actually starting to become a Hanson fan. Buy this NOW, to hear Smile by HANSON!

Smile by HANSON actually sounds like Bon Jovi and AeroSmith.

Hmm.....Is that Hanson singing Smile? It does'nt sound like them, and it's very, very good!

As a former Hanson-Hater, I suppose I have to accept that they've changed.........

I owe everything to MitM. It introduced me to They Might Be Giants! I hafta say, this CD is great for ANYONE who likes rock music and ANYONE who likes the show. The tunes really capture the essence of what Malcolm In The Middle is all about: being a kid and loving it! I'm not really keen on 'We Are Monkeys' despite previously being a pretty casual fan of Travis and I think that perhaps 'I've Seen Better Days' by Citizen King would have been a really good song to put on, plus it was used in the pilot episode.

All in all, most of the songs are brilliant (Boss Of Me, Washin' + Wonderin', Bizarro) but some do get a bit tiresome after a while. It is a great CD and I definitely would recommend it, but you certainly have to be into rock to enjoy it.

It's your average soundtrack designed to sell. It's got everything you'd want. The best tracks are Boss of me (which rules) and the Dust Brothers. They Might be Giants' Older is not bad either but it sounds too much like a demo track. I just wish they had some of that incidental music featured on the show. That's some great stuff!

I just re-bought this soundtrack after re-watching the show. I had it when it came out, and I didn't realize how much I missed having this album. It's just an awesome, upbeat, and fun collection of songs, and by no way outdated. It's got that loungy-rock, summertime feel that's great to have on in the background. I'll have this on rotation everywhere I go!

I only got this cd because I love Malcolm in the middle and I wanted to own some other stuff from the show. But the cd is bad. I only got it for nostalgic purposes.

As one of the funniest shows on T.V., it is only fitting that it has a decent soundtrack. Although I have never heard most of the bands on the CD before, they do add a nice twist to the story. The main theme "Boss of Me" by They might be Giants seems to be made for the show. It is rather deppressing if you listen to the words, but it has a great tune. Another great song is "Good Life" by the Getaway People. It is like a mix between Rock and Rap. Overall, I would suggest buying it if you would like to listen to some different types of music.

Well the reason i bought it was for Heaven is a halfpipe, but i was listenin to all the other songs on there and they kick... too. I would reckmend it to anyone who likes... well i geuss they have mostly every kind of music on this cd.

I'm a HUGE fan of the show, so it was only natural for me to buy the sound track. Let me tell ya...this sound track rocks! The theme song's kickin' and the mix by the Dust Brothers is cool, too! If you haven'y bought the sound track yet...GO BUY IT FOR CHISSAKE!
