The frame works okay, although I had purchased several of these frames to hold alphabet photography for gifts and was disappointed to find there were several areas where the wood was showing a little. I recommend spending the few extra dollars for a nicer quality frame if you plan to give them as gifts.

There was a concern about buying a frame online (can't see it in person) - but, this frame is really high quality. Also, quick shipment by this vendor. I bought 3 frames (using them as a collage of each of my 3 boys) to show my kids progression of growing up through the years (4yrs., 7yrs., & 10yrs). Turned out beautifully - better than expected. Very pleased. Definitely recommend.

Just ordered two of these to use for Christmas gifts. When they arrived, not one, but both of them, were broken. The glass was shattered on both frames due to poor packing - nothing was wrapped around them, and the box that they arrived in was too big for the frames. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed.
