I purchased these frames to put custom designed art in for my brother and sister-in-laws new house. The wood grain matches perfectly with the color on screen, and they have an easy to access back. You can certainly hang these on the wall, but they have a stand and only have eyelets for picture wire, so it's a bit of a chore to hang, and the stand (the necktie shaped thing on the back) comes out a quarter of an inch on the back to the picture doesn't quite set flush up against a wall. I can't fault the product in rating for my own ignorance, but a rear-view would be beneficial before purchase. This would be perfect if you're just looking to cover a desk with family photos.

I purchased 3 of the 8x10 frames, and was disappointed with them for several reasons. First, they didn't arrive in the stated delivery range, and as I needed one of them for a XMas gift, I ended up having to buy a similar frame at TJMaxx. When the frames did arrive, I was very disappointed with the quality. The frames look more like wood-colored plastic than real wood, the "glass" is actually plastic, and the fold-out stand in the back didn't fold out far enough to support the frame (so it kept falling over). The frame from TJMaxx was roughly the same price, and far nicer.

This frame came exactly as described. The wood is of a uniform color and it is smooth and shiny. If you plan to hang it to the wall, it requires two nails no matter which orientation you do it in. Just means you have to be a bit more careful when you're putting holes in your walls so that you don't have a permanently crooked picture hanging

I was hesitant to order this frame because of the negative reviews, but there were also some positive reviews and this frame is priced well, so I thought I'd go ahead. I don't know if this is real wood or not, but it looks good. It doesn't feel like wood, but it could be. This frame arrived well protected in a box inside the shipping box. It isn't scratched or broken in any way. I ordered this for my 10-year-old son's room and it is perfect.

I was very pleased with the frame. Mine came in 5 layers of bubble wrap, so no breakage. And the flimsy backstand was attached to the frame's back with a secure ribbon, so didn't have that problem either. The color is more of a reddish-brown, a bit different from the image, but quite pretty. Shipped quickly too. A great deal for $10.

Terrible quality. The backing wouldn't even stay on because of the different size between it and the frame. Very flimsy. Not worth even the good "deal" it seems to be.

Very nice frame...yes, the wood is not as substantial feeling as you would think, but it arrived in perfect shape. Nice frame for the price

i ordered 2 of these, and they were both pretty pathetic, as frames go. with one, the glue from the package stuck to the frame, and i wore off some of the finish by removing the glue. overall, not a good buy.

The frame was very nice, just what I wanted, but it arrived with the glass in a thousand pieces. I could not use it and wasn't able to get out and get one locally because I am a shutin. So, I am very disappointed.

The glass was broken on arrival. The packaging was not sufficient. Oh well, you win some, you lose some.
