Male Multiple Orgasm is ostensibly focused towards men who have extreme problems with premature ejaculation. Although the focus is on those with a problem, and men with a problem more specifically, it has information that can help almost anyone grow, both sexually and as a person in general. For straight and gay, men and women, the program outlined in this book can work for everyone. Using a mixture of ancient tantric ideas, personal anecdotes, and real anatomical information Somraj Pokras allows you to stay in nirvana with your partner for hours, provided that you follow his instructions.

He says that 98% of ejaculation problems, or any orgasmic problem, are largely mental and that with practice being mindful almost everyone can benefit. Taking a more informal tone than some other books he covers the productive basics and moves straight into how to orgasm longer, harder, and more often. I have been interested in the topic for some time, which is why I picked up the book, but even I learned many new things that have been helping me be more confident and in control. As with anything it'll take some practice, but unlike with many other things this is practice you'll like and practice you can integrate into your regular routine.

I give Male Multiple four stars out of five because it is a wonderfully informative book that does everything is promised. It comes just shy of perfection because of stylistic decisions that detract a little from the presentation. All in all, I would recommend this to everyone everywhere. I want to get several copies to give away as gifts come Christmas and even let a friend of mine borrow my copy as soon as I was done. If you're in anyway curious or interested in the subject, get this book. You'll like it and use it.
