He says that 98% of ejaculation problems, or any orgasmic problem, are largely mental and that with practice being mindful almost everyone can benefit. Taking a more informal tone than some other books he covers the productive basics and moves straight into how to orgasm longer, harder, and more often. I have been interested in the topic for some time, which is why I picked up the book, but even I learned many new things that have been helping me be more confident and in control. As with anything it'll take some practice, but unlike with many other things this is practice you'll like and practice you can integrate into your regular routine.

I give Male Multiple four stars out of five because it is a wonderfully informative book that does everything is promised. It comes just shy of perfection because of stylistic decisions that detract a little from the presentation. All in all, I would recommend this to everyone everywhere. I want to get several copies to give away as gifts come Christmas and even let a friend of mine borrow my copy as soon as I was done. If you're in anyway curious or interested in the subject, get this book. You'll like it and use it.
