We ordered the watch this summer and it worked great for a couple of days. It appeared that the battery had died, so I replaced the battery. As the other reviewer noted, it was not easy to pop the battery cover off. After replacing the battery the watch was still dead. I finally got around to calling "The Bedwetting Store" to find out about warranty replacement. Turns out you need to clear the memory by holding all four buttons. We're anxious to try again, when it was working, it seemed to help our son (he's six now) void and stay nominally dry. There may be other issues, but that's why we got the watch in the first place. Some other notes, I looked high and low for a watch that has a lock out and is water proof, no luck. One would think that a watch specifically sold to aid a child would be water proof and have a lock out. The first watch we tried, the VibraLITE 3, was far too easy for a child to mess with the settings by simply pressing the various buttons, what child would not want to press the buttons. BTW, "The Bedwetting Store" does have very knowledgeable staff and were very helpful. Silly me for waiting so long to call. I'll try to post a follow-up after a couple of weeks to report how long the battery lasts and how the watch holds up.
