slower workout
I liked this workout becuase it has a slower pace than the other pilates chair workouts. I was able to focus more on my form and breathing and I felt my core more engaged than the other workouts

big name, little dvd, do not buy
Malibu Pilates Mari's Dynamic Sequencing workout....this DVD is a Rip-off What can I say... I'm glad I didn't pay more than $10 for it. There was a few minutes in the beginning of a different girl showing how to work the chair and do the moves. Then Mari's workout: only ONE 20 minute workout on this DVD! The rest of the dvd was an infomercial. It didn't even use...

Malibu Pilates Mari's Dynamic Sequencing workout....this DVD is a Rip-off
What can I say... I'm glad I didn't pay more than $10 for it. There was a few minutes in the beginning of a different girl showing how to work the chair and do the moves. Then Mari's workout: only ONE 20 minute workout on this DVD! The rest of the dvd was an infomercial. It didn't even use all the moves that you can do on the Malibu Pilates. The workout is good but not thrilling to be on a DVD all by itself with an infomercial. Seller was great. Did everything right.

This DVD well demonstrates various exercises one is able to perform on any Pilates chair even giving two levels of modifications possible. Great! HOWEVER, AFTER the instruction I wanted a workout I could WORKOUT ALONG WITH!!! Not so fast, for in fact that is where this DVD ENDS!!!!!! :-( It is ONLY an INSTRUCTIONAL video and, well, if you want a video you can do your routine ALONG WITH you will just have to make it yourself. :-(
