This is one powerful session! I don't know much about hypnosis, I don't know what he was doing but I'm off cigarettes for almost 5 weeks (two days short of 5 weeks actually.) He comes on to you very strongly. I'm sure I had quit even before I inserted the second DVD in the player through which he hypnotized me for the therapy. But I must say my own desire to quit was very strong!
I highly recommend this program to all who want to quit.

I've rated it as an excellent smoking-cessation help for one reason only; I quit! It's been over two months...not a single puff! I don't even want to think about it again. I re-painted my studio apartment, man it reeked. When I removed the pictures on the wall, the paint behind was totally different than the rest of the room which looked brownish with smoke! I had never noticed that smell before. I was inhaling all that @#$* I gave all my clothes to the dry cleaner. They smelled like chimney!
Essentially, now I feel proud of myself. Mr. Awan, I'll soon write a note of thanks to you. What a guy!

I never thought that there was anything in the world that could help a smoking person. I didn't expect much but I found Hypnoquit suggestions extremely effective. There was no magic used and yet for the first time in my life I was able to grasp the extent of damage that I was doing to myself.
