This is one powerful session! I don't know much about hypnosis, I don't know what he was doing but I'm off cigarettes for almost 5 weeks (two days short of 5 weeks actually.) He comes on to you very strongly. I'm sure I had quit even before I inserted the second DVD in the player through which he hypnotized me for the therapy. But I must say my own desire to quit was very strong!
I highly recommend this program to all who want to quit.

I've rated it as an excellent smoking-cessation help for one reason only; I quit! It's been over two months...not a single puff! I don't even want to think about it again. I re-painted my studio apartment, man it reeked. When I removed the pictures on the wall, the paint behind was totally different than the rest of the room which looked brownish with smoke! I had never noticed that smell before. I was inhaling all that @#$* I gave all my clothes to the dry cleaner. They smelled like chimney!
Essentially, now I feel proud of myself. Mr. Awan, I'll soon write a note of thanks to you. What a guy!

I never thought that there was anything in the world that could help a smoking person. I didn't expect much but I found Hypnoquit suggestions extremely effective. There was no magic used and yet for the first time in my life I was able to grasp the extent of damage that I was doing to myself.

I am on my wellness committee at work and feel like I should be setting a good example so needed to quit smoking. I had no overwhelming desire or reason to quit - I was pretty ambivalent about the whole thing when I tried this tape. During the hypnosis section of the tape, my legs were really restless and I was twiching around and couldn't turn my mind off - I was full of thoughts about how this was never going to work because I couldn't relax. The results have been amazing - I haven't had a cigarette in a month. I do have the occasional urge, but they are very manageable - on a scale of 1-10 the most urgent thoughts were a 4 or 5 and they only last for seconds before they are gone. I just realized yesterday that I have made it through the holiday season (I quit in early Dec)without a single puff and without gaining a single pound. I highly recommend this to anyone that wants to quit.

I just ordered a second copy of this DVD for our office and there is already a waiting list of people who want to check it out.

I bought this video session in early November'07. I attended this video session on 23rd.of Nov. I'm still off those damn cigarettes! Not a single Puff! Sometimes an urge to smoke recurs but passes away quickly. First three days were a little tough. I was irritable and noticed my short fuse, but Malik's words kept ringing in the mind and always neutralized the urges. His guidance is terrific thorughout the process. I'm not a very strong-willed person. If i can make it happen so can you! I highly recommend this inexpensive program to all who want to quit.

This is the best value for money, has very useful information to
those wantiing to quit smoking and methods to do so. It is realistic,
with the interviews with patients smoking, very very useful for hypnosis.

Rather more than that! The things he has included in this video session, like the doctors' comments and the people who suffered from cancer as the result of smoking, couldn't be presented in the live session in his office. I know some people would prefer to have a live session but hey, this one is much more effective, cheaper, and the best part is no traveling! I did go to a Hypnotherapist four years ago. Had a session, then another and then listened to the tapes for two weeks before I gave up trying and kept smoking till I got this one. I'm smoke-free for almost six months now! "Malik's Hypnoquit" is a highly effective session, unbelievably effective! I've recommended it to my family and friends and I recommend it to the readers as well.

I'm trained in hypnotherapy, but my hardheaded father wouldn't hear of his son "putting the whammy" on him to get him to stop smoking. However, he'd listen to someone else, so I got him this dvd. Now, unfortunately, he's still smoking, so that's probably not that great for the product. But every few months, he picks up the dvd and tries again, which is saying a lot for my father. So, the fact that he continues to try to engage this material honestly and keeps coming back, I think speaks volumes to the work. I guess things don't have to be a complete success to be a success.

I found this DVD poorly produced. The author/hypnotist used a room that was very distracting - noisy traffic outside and people talking in the background.

What I found most annoying was that they expect you to 'devote 3 hours' to this video - who has time for that with a job and family? I wish I had known this before purchasing.

I would return this in a heartbeat but had already opened it. There isn't any mention of this having to be done in one session until you OPEN the tape. I am very disappointed.
