I've used this a couple of times now, and I like it a lot. It's light, tows very easy, and does not bounce around. The instructions were very good and all the parts were there. Nothing negative at all.

As others have noted, the assembly time is considerably longer than forecasted, but the parts are clearly separated in clear baggies, well labeled, and the instructions excellent. I had one minor part missing, but a call to Malone in Westbrook, Maine got the part on the way to me by first class mail.
The Manufacturer's Bill of Sale, and Certificate of Origin required for Maine Registration was sent out immediately upon request. Having this trailer for our two sea kayaks has resulted in our getting far more use out of the kayaks (17-footers) since us seniors no longer had to hoist the kayaks onto the rooftop of our SUV. The trailer tows perfectly at 60 mph (or more) and it has attracted a lot of interest from other kayakers at the boat ramps. I had hoped to get a trailer coupler in the 1-7/8" ball size, but the trailer tongue can only accommodate a 2" coupler.

I bought this trailer a few months ago to haul a canoe to the BWCAW. Assembly took about 5 hours and was not difficult thanks to a decent manual. My canoe is 17 feet long and about four feet stick off the back end. I added four Yakima gunwale brackets and straps. The canoe towed beautifully even on bumpy gravel roads. The trailer holds the canoe high above the road which I think will be a benefit if I drive through wet gravel roads.
