GIVE IT A TRY YOUR WORTH EVERY PENNY OF IT. I had positive results just using the product alone.which was just a test trial to see if it even worked. now it doesnt work over night ,I started to notice it working around the second week of use.the redness I had on my chest from severe sun burns three years ago have vanised.what strecth marks I did have from constant weight gain and weight loss have pretty much disappeard.my skin looks and feel healther, tighter and firmer.I have already purchased a second one this time I plan to include the exercizes with some of my own.I am positive if you use this product and do the exercizes and maybe include a few more that improve your posture and maybe include massage you will have some results.OH DO NOT FORGET TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE GOOD BRAS.also a really good book to check out that I love is book called look better naked which I did purchase from amazon.I am not going to guarentee you'll have results like me but any result is a good result.
