The Kindle version has the expected typos. It is a good value. There are many different views by a selection of authors. This gives you the oportunity to sample various styles as well as various perspectives. It is correctly titled 'Mammoth'.It is a 'must have' for any Aurthurian collection. The only reason that I did not rate it 5 stars is that in the intro I'd prefer more research on the historical basis and the culture that inspired the literature, than on the literature itself.

This was one of the best books on Merlin that I have ever read. It goes into so much detail and keeps you so interested in the story that you have a hard time putting it down. The author must have done a lot of background study before writing this book.

Yes, I enjoyed it very much and would reccommend it to anyone.

I liked this collection by the editor more than the one on Arthur. It is fairly well balanced and there should be enough stories to please even the most critical Arthurian buff.

Merlin wasn't what I expected but revealed a different perspective than I previously had read. He is a legend after all.
