5.0 out of 5 stars Great 19th Century War Stories
This a great collection of 19th century war stories, beginning with the Napoleonic wars and going to the late 19th century. This was misleading since B.C. wrote only the introduction and none of the stories. I suppose I should have noticed this, but I looked under books by this writer and there it was. Anyway, some good, some not so. The stuff set in the Crimean War is probably the best. The quality seems to taper off toward the end, but for the price it was O.K.
