5.0 out of 5 stars Great read
This is another wonderful book by Diana Palmer. Her stories about Jacobsville, TX and it's residents are very entertaining. No one combines romance, comdey, and drama the way she does.

5.0 out of 5 stars loved it!, December 19, 2011
This review is from: Man of the Hour (Kindle Edition)
I really enjoyed both stories. first one a little more than the second.
Steve & Meg's story was a light read. They were both very likable characters. They were very refreshing and fun.
The second story was enjoyable but the only issue I had was in the first story Lang's personality is so different than in his own story. He was a funny happy guy who couldn't help cracking jokes but in his own story his previous sense of humor just seem to die! He was still likable and fun but he wasn't the same guy we met in the first story. Other than that it was a great read. I loved it!

4.0 out of 5 stars Same old Diana Palmer, March 26, 2008
These two stories were entertaining but they were the same old Diana Palmer. Both had the tough men who smoked and believed something bad about the heroine. The girl was always a vigin, shy and religious. Can't we any types of characters in her books? I can not even remember any of the plot of these stories. If you are thinking of buying these don't!!

1.0 out of 5 stars Not up to Diana Palmer standards, May 7, 2008
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I normally love Diana Palmer but I was very disappointed with this book. The stories were written in 1993 and I believe Ms. Palmer's writting has evolved tremendously since then. I was constantly thinking of other things I could be doing and kept the book down. That usually does not happen with her stories. I'll stick to her more recent publications.

It probably isn't fair to review a book that you havent read yet, but I can tell you that I buy anything that Diana Palmer writes and am happy with them. I am the PROUD owner of a Kindle reader and I just bought this book for my reader. Good reading. CeeCee
