We purchased Mr. Rhodes' book 'Manhunter' at a show, and it was perhaps the best purchase I have ever found in a western book. Mr. Rhodes captures the essence of a true western adventure with such vividness and detail, and I could not wait to reach each new chapter. Each and every character in this book had such depth and personality. By the end of this rollin' tale you feel as if you have read a bit of history. I could hear the cattle stampeding and I could smell the campfires. I applaud Mr. Rhodes for ropin' the very best of the Ol' West, and bringing it to a reader who can only hope for a someday sequel of this awesome novel.
