This review is from: The Man From Natchez (Silhouette Romance #790) (Paperback)
Nate Hathaway found out Stacy Jamison was going on a treasure hunt in the Shenandoah mountains all alone, with a map his grandmother had sold to her father.
The problem was the map was a fake. His grandmother knew the map was a fake when she sold it to Stacy's father the famous Jarvis Quest.
Jarvis wanted to see if his daughter to find out if she was up to going on the dangerous trips he took.
Nate fell in love with Stacy before she fell and broke her arm.
Once she got to his home in Natchez, Mississippi; she found out that the map was a fake, and that Nate had planted a old ring to fool Stacy.
All Nate wanted was to get the fake map from Stacy, pay her for the map and go their separate ways.
But Stacy fell in love with Nate along the way.
Stacy was the only treasure Nate wanted.
