5.0 out of 5 stars Great Story, Absolutely Loved it
The Man from Texas was a treat to read. It grabbed me from page one, and took me for a wonderful ride. Shortly after the story begins, the studly and handsome Texan, Jack Parker meets Taylor as he is looking to find out the truth about his biological father, who was locked away for a murder long ago. 3.0 out of 5 stars Ehhhh...
Besides the fact that the pregnancy conception timeline (ovulation, conception and symptoms) is not even possible, much less believable in fiction, this book was just ok. The mystery was good and unraveled well but there was other problems that I had a hard time getting past. 5.0 out of 5 stars Great Story, Absolutely Loved it, October 19, 2007
This review is from: The Man From Texas (Harlequin Super Romance) (Mass Market Paperback)
Jack's investigation uncovered a shocking secret about free-spirited and beautiful Taylor's mother. Together they try to get to the bottom of the mystery of their pasts. The story is fast-paced, and it is hard to put it down. The way the story plays out is exhilarating- as is the undeniable spark between these two. The ending is definitely a shocker, but wonderful. Every character in the story seems real, and I absolutely loved this book. Linda Style has written another great one!

3.0 out of 5 stars Ehhhh..., December 13, 2011
Besides the fact that the pregnancy conception timeline (ovulation, conception and symptoms) is not even possible, much less believable in fiction, this book was just ok. The mystery was good and unraveled well but there was other problems that I had a hard time getting past. So much detail was given to the murder part of the story that the other parts (relationship, sex and conclusion) felt rushed and incomplete.

5.0 out of 5 stars A really fun mistery, September 9, 2009
This review is from: The Man From Texas (Harlequin Super Romance) (Mass Market Paperback)
I liked this book a lot, the side story is very interesting. In some books you are bored with the story and just want the loving to start, however this was not the case (almost the opposite). The sex is discreet, they head to the bedroom and then it is the next chapter, etc.
