This review is from: Man Whose Dream Came True (Paperback)
'The Man Whose Dreams Came True' tells the story of Tony Jones. A petty thief, rake and chronic liar, Tony is always looking for the next big thing to put him on easy street, whether it is winning at gambling or meeting an attractive girl with a rich father. Symons presents Tony's story sympathetically. Tony has daydreams and schemes to make them reality but is not the brightest bulb on the tree. The book starts slowly and I kept waiting for Tony to descend from petty thievery to outright murder, but when the murder actually occurs it was not what I expected. The rest of the story is a page turner.

Searching through my bookself for something to read, I came across this book, by an author I'd never heard of. This relects badly on me, because he writes very well. The book is enjoyable, well written, easy to read and has a good plot. I recommend it.
