This is the most complete book about manufactured home communities I have ever read. Many real estate investors, appraisers, lenders are familiar with the four major commercial property types: multi-family, retail, office, industrial, but are not knowledgeable about manufactured home communities.Manufactured home communities are a niche discipline of investing. The author does a splendid job in walking the reader through all the detailed steps necessary in purchasing, managing, and selling a manufactured home community.
