About the Author

Marcel Frenkel, MD, MBA is a graduate of The University of Chicago School of Medicine. He is the first physician to obtain a Masters degree from The University of Chicago's School of Business and is likely one of the first physicians in the US to hold these two degrees. Dr. Frenkel is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and currently maintains an active practice in downtown Chicago as well as being a Clinical Associate in the Department of Ophthalmology at The University of Chicago.

Dr. Frenkel is the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of The Journal of Medical Practice Management, a bi-monthly journal published by Greenbranch Publishing (800)933-3711, now in its 16th year.
