Best book on managed care and HMOs I've seen,

This is the best book I've come across on the subject of HMOs and managed care. It is truly aimed at helping the medical consumer. And, it works. Not only does it help a person pick an HMO or other plan, but it also gives people wonderful insight and strategies on how to get the most out of the HMO once you're in.This is by far the best book I found on the subject. |
