Format: Paperback
I am an Advanced Rolfer & Massage Therapist and have been in practice for twenty years. This is the most useful text I have ever read. At over 1000 pages, there is a wealth of information; for me personally the detailed biomechanical information detailed in each of the chapters on joints answered a great many questions for me that had been troubling me for years. While I unflinchingly give this text 5 stars, I would caution that there are editorial snafus--things like switched descriptions on pages with multiple illustrations, and in one place in particular contradictory information in different parts of a chapter.

This book is an excellent resource for the physical therapist. It has tons of clinical examples, charts, and tables with text in an easy to read format. Knowledge gained from this book will help the orthopedic clinician improve his/her skills. Application is immediate.

Excellent Book For Anyone
I bought this book because I suffer with TMJ disorder and have not been able to find a doctor who can help me. I had to resort to the DIY solution and this book is EXCELLENT.
Detailed diagrams of the human anatomy and detailed descriptions of how each aspect of the system works. Specific exercises, with diagrams and photos, are included for specific disorders. Highly recommended.

Format: Hardcover
I have had this book for over a decade, and still find the information within it useful both as a reference, and as a patient education source. It is well written, laid out, and indexed. If you deal with athletic injuries in any way, I consider this a must-have.
