Review

"The use of one project that follows the overall outline is excellent and the examples used will give students a realistic overview of both the management tasks and the associated forms that are required in managing a construction projects." — Darlene Septelka, Washington State University

"A real strength for my classes is that the information is covered from the contractor's perspective rather than such a strong owner's perspective." — David Bilbo, Texas A&M University

This review is from: Management of Construction Projects: A Constructor's Perspective (Paperback)
Good reference book for young construction professionals. There are plenty of examples of documents in the book that help people who have not been actively working in the industry. Although each company has their own forms and ways of doing things, this book highlights a generic idea of how things are done. The authors actively work in the industry and know what they are talking about.
