Kenneth A. Merchant and Wim A. Van der Stede

With its unique range of international case studies, real-life examples and comprehensive coverage of the latest management control-related tools and techniques, this second edition of Management Control Systems is the ideal guide to this complex and multidimensional subject.

This is required reading for one of my MSA courses. It is very well written and easy to read. The cases, while dated, are still pertinent and thought provoking.

The book I received was used while the listing said it was new. I wrote to Zillionbooks' customer service and they immediately gave me a refund and discount with apologies. The most important thing was that they did answer to my request promptly. Very professional people. Will buy again if they have the book I need.

This is one of the best purchases I have ever made from Amazon. The book arrived on time and the price was right. It was new and in the state described in the advertisement. I would recommend the seller to any of my friends and I will continue to buy from them.
