This is required reading for one of my MSA courses. It is very well written and easy to read. The cases, while dated, are still pertinent and thought provoking.

The book I received was used while the listing said it was new. I wrote to Zillionbooks' customer service and they immediately gave me a refund and discount with apologies. The most important thing was that they did answer to my request promptly. Very professional people. Will buy again if they have the book I need.
