More About the Author
Dr. Jean Ann Larson is a change management and performance improvement expert who helps leaders and organizations transform in order to achieve greater results. She is an author and frequent presenter at national and international conferences on process redesign, cultural change and leadership.
Jean Ann has led organizational, professional and business transformations for over two and a half decades. Holding degrees in engineering, business and a doctorate in organizational change, she has served as a process improvement engineer and consultant, a change agent, a senior executive in charge of quality and management systems and Chief Learning Officer founding an award winning corporate university.
She enjoys writing about the intersection of organizational change, transformation and performance improvement. She is currently working on a book about how to do reengineering in health care organizations.
