This was an easy to read textbook. The chapters arwe not too long, and it has a summary of terms used at the end of every chapter.

This is the book you need for the Food & Beverage Operations course. 5th Edition has all of the updated information and it matches the new exam test for your certificate. I highly recommend the book, however it does NOT contain the scan tron sheet that's needed for the exam. I've gone through 2 books on Amazon and they were both neatly packaged and shipped within 2 days of each book, but neither contained the scan tron sheet. That's the only reason why this book gets 4 stars, it would get 5 if the sheet was in it like the previous editions.

The book and the seller was just what I was looking for. This book is used for my Culinary Major and well, it was mandatory to obtain. It came fast and was in excellent shape. As a matter of fact, I was the only student in class that had their book on time. Thanks again, I'll be seeing you again with more purchases as well as telling others at the college I attend about you and the products you sell.

As it was recommended by AH&LA and my interest in knowing more about food and beverage operations, this is the reason why i bought the book. So far books recommended by the aforementioned are quite relevant and useful.

i needed my book just in time for class. it said it would ship in three days and thats what i did. ordered in three days

The timeline for receiving this book was a couple of weeks. It did make in in time but it was on the last possible day. I was about to get worried, however it did make it. In the condition that it was advertised.
