This book is way overpriced for what it offers. It is a tedious read, not well organized (easy to lose the point), and is laden with buzzwords and insider lingo which makes reading it a chore rather than an interesting experience. The authors utilize long, drawn out sentences to say what could have and should have been said much more succinctly and clearly.

I don't recommend it, and would not have purchased it were it not a required text for a class I am taking.

This book costs way to much. Material is decent but price is too high. Sad part is you really wont find it cheaper anywhere else. Go with the international edition if your instructor allows it. International edition if way cheaper.

This book is well structured, full of examples and will help you undestand potential of information technology and how to use to make money for your company.

The information is this book is ok. The book will be outdated soon with the references to technology. There are many grammatical mistakes and typos and that really irritates me. Cost is too high but necessary for you to pay if you have to have it. I bought a great condition used one and sold it back to Amazon after using so I only really paid $10 total after the buy back.

This book was a required textbook for a class. Given that it is a text about information technology and I am a marketing major, I thought it was well written. The information is presented in a clear and easy to understand manner.

This is a great text. It is filled with many errors that could withstand another edition to review. However it gives a very comprehensive review of information systems in contemporary society and abroad.

I'm not exactly done with it, but it definately provides a most relevant and sturdy foundation for higher degrees or job situations (or at least it seems that way to me)

Not having a background in MIS this text book has been very beneficial at graduate level work in understanding the technical and managerial sides of MIS.

I'm not sure if purchased this under the new or used section. I received a brand new book. So new that the binding crackled when I first opened it. Arrived promptly. I would order from the supplier again.

i knew it was a used book, but i hope its condition can be better
