There's no shortage of business books that posit a theory based on anecdotal evidence and provide little practical information about how to run a corporation. Antony Jay fills a void with Management + Machiavelli. It's amazing how relevant strategies from 450 years ago are to managing today's companies. If you manage in a company with 400+ employees, or aspire to that position, this book is for you.
