An excellent text.
A well presented text on Organisational Behaviour. I personally found the text easy to follow. The coverage and content is fairly extensive. The graphics are good. In fact, the summary graphics are invaluable. The graphics use the concept of 'mindmapping' and therefore easy to mentally absorb the ideas. The case studies are British. NOT what i ordered
ZERO stars seller indicated the 2006 edition of this item what i got was another older version ironically it costs more to return this than to just buy what i really need lesson learnt - Amazon isn't infallible and be careful of what external sellers claim

A well presented text on Organisational Behaviour. I personally found the text easy to follow. The coverage and content is fairly extensive. The graphics are good. In fact, the summary graphics are invaluable. The graphics use the concept of 'mindmapping' and therefore easy to mentally absorb the ideas. The case studies are British. The review and discussion questions and assignments are very useful in grasping the ideas and concepts explained in the chapters. The references are exhaustive and well listed. I have found satisfaction and enjoyment in having this book.

This book does it best to explain into detail the functions of management and what management is all about. The case studies also help student in the pratical work of how to manage an organisation.
