A worthwhile introduction to modern management,

Had to read this for a University of London distance learning course.
The central theme of this textbook is how managers can/should do their job within the context of a human organisation. That's a lot of ground to cover and Mullins does it well. I found the book thorough, well-researched and reasonably easy to read. The case studies were useful and up-to-date. But it was the use of Dilbert cartoons to introduce each chapter that gains it that fifth star.

I ordered this book from seller and in my haste, The wrong Address was given. For a moment I thought all was lost, because I was unable to get the Book forwarded to the correct address. Upon contacting the seller I got the book shortly after. Right now I'm wishing the other sellers would do the same. But it nice to know there are still some helpful people out there in this computerized age. I recommend that this seller to anyone who wishes to get books.
