I taught a Masters-level course from this textbook, thinking it might be an improvement over the 2001 American edition of Cook and Hunsaker. Instead I got the lowest student satisfaction scores in my 5 years of teaching the same course. The student recommendation: "change the textbook". One sound-bite-sized concept from each of over a hundred management researchers could have been combined into a coherent and compelling whole, but this particular textbook failed to do so.
