I purchased this text for a class. It is easy to read and understand. Obviously, if you have to purchase it for a class, you don't have much choice in the matter. But if this is on your textbook list, then I believe you'll do well. The layout is nice with graphics, case studies, ethics questions, chapter summaries, and quizzes. It is definitely put together with the user in mind. Best wishes.

I purchased this book for a Masters level class on Management. It's extremely readable. By 'extremely readable, I mean that it doesn't seem as if it's written on a grad school level. Nevertheless, good information - very comprehensive survey of "management". I bought the book to keep as a possible resource for further topics to research at length. I believe a new edition has come out, so check which edition your instructor requires.

I purchased this book used and didn't expect it in any great condition but it came and was completely intact; a little writing inside but can't complain much since it's used
