This book reminds me of the conflict resolution book that Michael Scott uses in his attempt to solve conflicts. The book covers the major functions of management: planning, organization, leadership, and control. There are a lot of real world cases and figures to go with each concept. With that said, the book is mostly a broad overview of Management in general, so you may learn some concepts of management, but as my professor said: a lot of it is common sense. So, when I say that the book reminds me of conflict resolution from the Office, I mean that it categorizes things that seem to be common sense.
