I would use this book if I were forming a new management team.It provides an efficient, structured process for talking about real business issues over a period of weeks rather than hours. It easily be integrated into regular staff meetings or retreats. An executive or consultant could modify as needed to suit the situation. I attended a seminar led by the author when the book first came out, and she knows her stuff. |
