The book was shipped very quickly and arrived in great condition. The book itself is considered graduate level courses even though I'm using it for a undergrad course. Its a tough book to read. I really have to use my analytical skills when reading and studying from this book. All in all, the book is helping me a lot.

As far as management books go, this is not the worst but certainly not the best. However, if you're like me and don't have a choice because you're required to have this book for a class, it'll do the trick.

Great Condition...Purchased cheaper than most websites, and bookstores. Delivery was speedy with no problems. Excellent book that clearly explains most troubles in business and how to terminate those problems through correct communication, through speech, or writing...Recommended for all business majors or business personnel...

I'm just an ordinary college student, forced to buy this over-priced book for a course I am taking. The content of this text book may be great but for the [$$$] price tag, I think I should get more. How about review questions at the end of each chapter? How hard would that have been? Could you maybe have bothered to highlight key terms?

I am using this textbook for a class. I had already started the class when I ordered the book, but I received my book in enough time where I was not left behind. I appreciate the prompt service. Thanks:-)
