This text provides the working foundations for all professional physical therapists into the world of administration. This text gives a wonderful covering of the entire spectrum of issues that may be addresses for the PT manager and serves as a great introductory element!

I found the book confusing to follow and hard to read. The online edition is ok but difficult to use

Recommended for graduate students as general reference. Chapters on structures of health care in US vs. other countries relevant to current political controversies. Marketing is very general in format and content. Reader would benefit from other sources on marketing strategies for further tangible plans.
