I am not the sharpest leaf on the tree and had been out of college for more than ten years before picking up this book. The book is organized well and the information is easily understood. Each chapter begins with Learning Objectives, 3 Good reasons why you should care, and Making the case for organizational behavior that introduces the material in the chapter with describing a real organization. If you are serious about your education and want to learn something this book is designed exactly for that. The book has a free companion website for the student and an online instructor resource. The paperback is durable and the book easily fits into one hand. I am using this book for an online course and it is constantly being shoved in and out of my work bag and has held up well. Pleased with purchase.

Very easy to read and well organized. I like it better than my course text!

Content, is, well, textbook-like. The real focus of my review is the paper and print choice --- it is HORRIBLE to read. For an item intended for instruction, to read thoroughly, digest and study, the publishers/printers don't make it an easy task. The pages are so shiny, i have to constantly move the book around in light to see what I'm trying to read.

The text itself is fine, the transaction and communication with seller was super, just extremely disappointed in the readability. It's hard enough getting motivated to read a textbook, the last thing I need is extra motivation NOT to dig in.

I ordered this and didn't need it after all. The book came in what appeared to be new condition even though it said used. Since I didn't need it, I returned it using the print your own label method. The process was easy and the refund came back in a very prompt manner.

I just started my class and the book. It's in very good condition without any high lighting. I will buy again from this company. I would recommend them and it was delivered fast.

The book was delivered 2 days late. I paid the expedite charges and it arrived as normal rate. I was very upset and was very dissatisfied with the purchase!!!
