About the Author
Leonard Ingram completed his undergraduate and graduate study in philosophy and psychology at Roosevelt University in Chicago, Illinois. He was trained in Adlerian anger therapy by the nationally-renown anger expert, Mitchell H. Messers, founder and director of the Chicago anger Clinic. Mr. Ingram has conducted hundreds of anger management workshops throughout the country. He resides in Illinois and is available for lectures and private consultations.
