The United States continues to grow more diverse by the day, and our educators need to be able to deal with that the right way. "Managing Diverse Classrooms: How to Build On Student's Cultural Strengths" does just that giving educators everything they need to fully appreciate the diversifying of America, showing them why it matters, and what they need to do. Presenting a simple framework that will cover many ideas such as Communication with families, homework, and motivation, "Managing Diverse Classrooms: How to Build On Student's Cultural Strengths" is highly recommended to community library education shelves and a suggestion to teachers everywhere.

If you are a teacher that workes with Hispanic studetns of all ages, this is the book for you. This book will explain why Hispanic studetns choose to work in groups rather than individually. You will learn that this form of cooperative learning is far better for them anyway. I wish I had read this book befor I started teaching Mexican studetns ten years ago. I think I would have been a far better teacher right from the start.
