This book is pragmatic, easy to follow, and filled with tons of great tools and templates from which you can pick and choose according to your needs. Even though this economy has caused many long-time executive directors to re-think their plans to retire, they're going to have to leave sometime, and like it or not, your nonprofit is going to be facing an executive transition. This book should be on the bookshelf of everyone with leadership or governance accountability.
