I bought this book because it was required for one of my classes... but I will be keeping it for future reference! Helps explain all minor details that help in the hospitality field!

The review of this product said "like new". The binding is coming off and the entire book has highlighted portions, which actually do help me in class, just was expecting a "like new" product. One of the quickest deliveries for a book I have received.

this book arrived in good shape , although I got a small refund I still lost money on this book order , in view that the first time I ordered that book in june ,it should have cost me $17.99 I waited one month the book never came , I then re-ordered it , by that time it cost $40.78 then again I waited another three weeks I got a empty envelop , no book the post office noted the envelop that it was open and empty .
then I had to re-order had to get a new book that cost four time the price of the first book that book came and amazon gave me a credit or 32.00 or so dollars , which I appreciate , the shipment should have been free because I am a student but it was not , I appreciate the effort to help however the agravation and the extra expense did not make up for this transaction , I dont thing this is something I want to repeat !
I have been a student for three years, yet never got the free shipping as promised by the site .

We ordered it on Dec 27th. It is now Jan.26th. We have never received it! If the sender gets this perhaps they could refund our money or at least e-mail us and let us know why we did not receive. We called amazon and they said we have to contact the seller. Thanks a lot Amazon! So seller ,What happened?
